Michael Seadle: Professor in Humboldt University, Germany and editor in chief of World Digital Libraries Journal – an international Journal spoke on open access, he urged the research communities to make the content in open access which not only increase the value and visibility of the content as whole but to expand the readership and indexing in all the major discovery services such as Google and others to have high impact.
